Hello j:
I don't know what inideal is. If you mean does masturbation ever become harmful or contraindicated, the answer is NO. You can whack off forever with no negative consequences.

Actually masturbating too many times will lead you to not be able to climax during sex with a woman as your body is too used to YOU being the control backing off just when you reach the climax peak. It is not a good idea to use masturbation exclusively as a form of sexual release as you become too inured to your autoeroticism.

Who said anything about the OP being male or female? It could be a girl asking, sounds like it by the name.
Inideal? HMM... I know a town named Ideal. Do you mean there?
Does this mean too much to you?
Too much time on one's hands, HUH?

You mean you really don't grow hairy palms or go blind??
Seriosuly though... unless it becomes an obsession then no harm is done.

For a man, if you're not having sex on a regular basis, then daily masturbation is actually a good thing. Sperm does have a shelf-life and the body doesn't stop producing it.. . It's got to get out somehow.

Any Doctor will tell you that it is OK for men or women to masturbate on a regular basis. I can't elaborate any further on the female side of it other than they are capable of having multi-orgasms to start with. I' m jealous . On the male side of things, if you are cleaning your pipe on a regular basis, you will probably be less like to have complications with prostate cancer and other male related issues.

I agree. It's my penis, and I can wash it as fast as I want.

Haha That was good.
Well, from a woman's point of view, I don't know anything about the medical part of it, other, then perhaps relieves stress? I can tell you this, yes us women can have multiple orgasms, and YES, it is great!;)

Not really clear about the question. Not inclined to berate a new member whose first language isn't english.
If you are asking when is it OK to masturbate and when is it not OK..?. well, the answer depends on you. Not us.
One of the sexiest memories I have is of my ex manually stimulating to get herself off while I nibbled lightly at her neck and sensitized her skin with my fingers. Incredible actually.
