The mother of my child is Entering the U.S with my child can prevent them leaving.
My child and her mother are living in another country that is not part of the Hague. She is trying to prevent me from seeing my child. She is coming to the United States with the child thinking I don't know, is there any way that I can prevent her from taking my child back to her country. Since the last time I tried to visit my child there were threats made towards my life. Is there anyway I can stop them from leaving the U.S, so I can see and spend time with my child or even gain custody, since she has been arrested in her country for harboring a murderer, drugs and illegal weapons in the house where she lives. Also, threats were made of killing me and whoever was in the family home, when I went down to visit last. I filed a police report at the time of that incident. How can I keep my daughter from being entwined in that environment from which my wife has now evolved to.
