Nobody seem or seems?
None of the cars look or looks?
How can I know if the noun is singular or plural?
Really, it makes problems for me :(

This is difficult even for native English speakers -- and even I, your beloved teacher, get it wrong sometimes!
Nobody [no body - singular] seems
"None" can be singular or plural, so see what is with it. None of the cars look -- "cars" is plural so we make "none" plural this time.
"None" may mean not one [singular] or not any [plural]. "None" can be either singular or plural depending on the sense of the phrase it is in.
If you think of "none" as "not one" or "not any" and substitute each of those in the place of "none" in order to figure out singular or plural, you will usually get it right.
