I Talked to them for a couple minutes and she needed some information so I got it together and called her right back a few minutes later, she did not answer I have left her three messages and have called 10 times. She also does have caller ID, I went to the office and asked the secertary if she was in, and she was so the woman called her office but she did not pick up, when I first talked to her I had mentioned to her that I need to move at the end of the month because of my husbands employment and she became upset at me telling me you need permission you need to call us etc and that is what I was doing 3-4 weeks in advance, I feel she is purposely avoiding me.

I don't understand why you would need permission to leave Dallas to go to Waco. They are both in Texas. As long as you don't leave the state of Texas without permission you should have been fine. Is there any specific restriction in your probation that requires you to ask permission to leave the county to go to another Texas county?

If you are moving within the state of Texas you should not need permission to do so. You can still travel back and forth to the probation office where your probation is each month that you need to report in. You probably won't get your probation transferred to a different Texas county from the sounds of these people but you CAN keep traveling back and forth so long as you give them the specific address where you will be living ahead of time and this is not in violation of your probation. Never heard of a case where you can't move within the same state that it would be against your probation.

There is one draw back that I can see with your case is if you are on home arrest/probation and have an electronic ankle device. Then that would be a totally different story as you are being monitored and cannot leave the county or your home without permission. Is that the case here?
