Psychopath roommate was evicted and know want me to pay her moving expenses.
I had to get temporary restraining orders to stop a roommate from harassment. She moved out in 48 hours as ordered. We went to court and judge decided no permanent orders were need because she had stopped having any contact with me. So now she what moving expenses of $600.00 or she'll take me to small claims court. I can't see how she can win when the court order her out of my house - I didn't just put her stuff in the street.

    Thanks for help.

Go get that permanent restraining order... this is clearly a continuation of the harassment. Pay a Lawyer to draft a request to dismiss this case referring to the court order IF she files it.. It would be worth a few bucks to get it drafted by someone familiar with the law that knows what to say and how to say it.

Let her try. If she was harassing you to the point that a restraining order was required, clearly the move was required due to her actions. If she hadn't harassed you, she could have continued living on the premises. She can't sue you for monetary damages that were incurred due to her actions.

Odds are she won't bother but if she does, bring copies of the TRO paperwork to court with you and explain it to the judge exactly as you have here.

And yes, I'd also look into getting that order made permanent.

If in fact she violated the terms of the TRO in somehow communicating her intent to take OP to small claims court.
