    My first time dealing with courts
    OK I was finish with court an everything in 09 an I had to do probation but I moved cause I didn't had no other choice either move or be homeless but when I move I had a bench warrant out for me how do I handle it and will they send me to jail an for how long

    You made a huge mistake by not informing your probation officer and having the probation transferred. Thus you violated the terms of your probation and a bench warrant was issued. Yes they can send you to jail. There is no fixed amount... but it usually will be for the remaining period of the probation at the point you were in violation.

    How do you handle it? That doesn't really matter because you will have to do what they give you. Just keep in mind if you had contacted your Parol officer back when you should have... you might not be in this situation now.
