    Trying to buy a home
Hello my fiancé and I are trying to purchase a home. We already live in the home and the people that own it want to sell it and move and we really want the house. They want what they owe on it. I think they will go down a little, but not much. Anyway I have NO credit, a few collections from a previous relationship, but that is it. My fiancé had a bankruptcy about 5 yrs ago and has a score in the higher 530's. We have been working to raise his score, but haven't had a lot of luck doing it quickly. We really don't want to move can anyone help us? Is there anyway to purchase this house?

Talk with a Realtor and see if the owners would be willing to do a Lease Option. Your credit will take some time to recover and build so getting financing is out of the question right now. If you can work closely with a lender to fix and build your credit maybe you can give the Sellers a deadline to where you can have financing in order to help persuade them into a Lease Option.
