Hi, I'm in grade 11 and I am writing an engligh essay on lord of the flies my topic is power and I'm not quuite sure how to arrange my thesis. This is what I have so far... "Power is used all over the world to control us. Governments, rules, and enforcement are all examples of how a group of individuals power can control our lives. In the novel Lord of the Fllies by William Golding the characters of Ralph, Jack, Piggy and the other boys are used to demonstate how through influence and power, control can easily be taken over others.

Any suggestions?
