    Calculate due date
Do I calculate my pregnancy due date from when I start spotting or from when I start bledding on my last period?

Count from when you actually start bleeding, but keep in mind that due dates are not exact. You generally aren't actually pregnant at the start, so after an ultrasound you may find the due date gets moved a bit. Even then, you have several weeks at the end of a pregnancy that would be considered a normal time for giving birth.
