I wake up at about 5:00 and go to school about 6:30 am and then run errines and get home at around 3:15 every day... can someone help me make a schedule for my three miniture daschunds that are 13 months old... please help

You kind of have to base it around your own personal schedule - your dogs will adjust.

Personally, this is my schedule.
I get up at about 6:30am, and take my dog for a walk that lasts about 20-30 minutes.
Then I go to work around 8:00.

I get home at anywhere between 5:00pm-7:00pm (obviously yours is different, my dog is fine this long). Once I get home, he goes for a 40-60 minute walk.

Just before bed, he goes for a 20 minute walk. Every other day he goes to work with me to break his days up, as he may be crated for long periods due to how unpredictable my job is.


SO, based on that. I think when you get up, before you even shower, take them for a walk. Putting them out in the yard (in my opinion) is the lazy way out. You should give them actual walks, to make sure they don't just do their business in the yard and then sit around.

Once you get home, take them on a longer walk, and again before you go to bed.
