    Is there a good chance for reinstatement of straight probation?
    On probation for possession of a controlled substance already did 2 years in safe p and was only out for 4 months and caught my first dirty ua if there isn't a chance for reinstatement then what else could I hope for?

    Since you're NOT in jail now awaiting your revocation hearing, there's a good chance they won't PUT you there.
