    Hello s:

    From the information given, the answer is unknowable... There are MANY, MANY factors that go into sentencing, and we know NONE of them except the charge... But, it wouldn't matter if we knew EVERYTHING, because, in the final analysis, we could NEVER know what's in the mind of the judge.
