Yes, it is possible to get pregnant from having sex the day after your period ends. It is not the norm, as most women will ovulate on a regular basis usually midcycle, but some women naturally ovulate sooner and some later than the norm.
Say you had sex on day 6 of your cycle. If you happened to ovulate on day 11 in that cycle, for example, pregnancy could be possible.
It may not be the norm, as it would be a fairly early ovulation and most sperm don't survive that long, but it is possible.
