I have a question about my ex boyfriend who came in the US on a visa.
He came here on a visa but later on the visa got expired. He started looking for people to marry him to give him a green card he finnally found one and they got married and he did get the grren card and now he is trying to be a us citizen. But it turns out now he is trying to make it as a business and asking other people at church if they knew any body who wants to get married for a green card he will do it for $10.000. I am very angry that he can use the system like that and I really want to report him. Where should I go and what should I do or is it too late now to do anything? Please help me before he strikes again.

Report him if you want to get involved. Immigration Fraud > Report Other Fraud > Immigration Fraud

Were you aware of this when he was your boyfriend? If so, you are involved in the scheme and I'd be cautious before reporting anything.

What I'm guessing is too late since he already has permission by the law to be here.

Not too late to prosecute this federal criminal offense. If his PR was granted under fraudulent pretenses, it can be revoked. Any PR for family members that got permanent residence from him can be revoked, as it was based on his fraudulent PR petition.

Even if he gets citizenship, he can still be de-naturalized, anytime. This is what happened to the elderly WWII concentration camp guard. He got his PR but lied about his wartime service.
