I purchased a motorhome from a Florida Dealer the motorhome was suppose to be a tradein, however I am finding out the motorhome is still in the original owners name.

The owner purchased the motorhome kept it for 2 months brought it back and asked the dealer to sell it for him, the dealer sold it to me. The dealer gave me a paid in full bill of sale and also sold me an extended warranty all paid for with a check and also a wire transfer from my bank total amount 120K

The dealer told me when I picked the motorhome up he would send me the title in 2 weeks, he put a temp tag on the motorhome and gave me the bill of sale along with 2 hours of instructions on the motorhome.

It has been 4 weeks now the dealer continues to tell me different stories, this is not a small dealer they have 3 locations I am just concerned the dealer cannot deliver the title and the owner still has it and not paid off the lien.

Any idea what my options are

You may sue the seller for the money you gave them.

What have they said, and have you contacted the actual owner whose name it is in about where the title is
