    First of all guys do not respect weakness . They respect logic and confidence. Therefore, if you want to get your point across in an effective manner never tell him that it "hurts your feelings" when he flirts in your presence. You have one of two options to change his behavior: One, behave in the same manner so as to show him how he is making you feel or two, tell him that he is disrespecting you by doing this in your presence and let him know if this type of behavior continues you will leave him with whomever... and then follow through with your promise.
