How to deal with 4 months?
I met this girl a few months ago, and the connection was instantaneous. I won't say love at first sight because it's hard to say I believe that it's possible, but in a very short period, we fell for each other. Problem is, when winter comes, she is moving away for approx. 4 months to work. We will be able to see each other maybe once or twice a month (assuming my school and her work coordinate well), but it'll be a drastic change from right now and the whole relationship so far where we've seen each practically every day.

Basically what this post is about is this: How do I survive the 4 months?

I've never been in a long distance relationship, and never wanted to be in one.

Long distance relationships are hard. Make sure that you draw the boundaries on how you both will be handling things from now on so there aren't any altercations later on in your relationship. Tell her that you are wanting things to work even though you know it will take a lot of commitment from both parties to make this work and that you are willing to do the work, see if she feels the same way. Then, just ride it and cross your fingers until she comes back.

    Good Luck,

    Javi
