You wouldn't be considered high risk for a premature birth with this pregnancy, assuming you continue to have a normal pregnancy, simply due to your previous experience.
Twins often are early... so it is somewhat a given that they will be on the early side. This would not have any bearing on a future singleton pregnancy.
Premature birth would be an issue to watch for with a woman who has a history of a few premature births since a pattern would already be established.
Your apprehension is understandable of course, so you could certainly ask for some extra monitoring for the peace of mind.
