    Usually how long for a class h felony
    My boyfriend has had a rough couple months. He's 19 is getting accused by a 17 year old that he beat him up. Is facing a class h felony and the boy sey him up twice for bail jumping because he went into my bfs work. Anyway not such a good situation the cops really don't believe my boyfriend doesn't look like they're trying to hard to prove he is innocent either... he pleaded not guilty.. His hearings is in about a week but I'm just really nervous... How long do you think he will have to actually go to jail if the courts keep doing a horrible job of representing him and he gets convicted for this b.s.
