    I live in Missouri and if a man gives up parental rights and lets the husband
    Of the mother of said child adopt the child. Which is what all parties want. Does that man still have to pay child support

    The support will end at the date of the adoption, he will owe up to that point. Also if there are back support due, he can be required to pay it.
