    I don't know the name of a movie?
    I saw this movie when I was very young in the 1980's on television (Its likley this color film was much older). The movie seemed to involve a group of airmen that were trapped in the desert after crash landing. At some point, they realize that they are all dead and are in limbo. As each of their bodies are recovered, an American flag flashes over the screen and the character whose body is found, disappears from the group. It is presumed they are buried and pass on to another place. The movie ends with all the bodies being recovered except for one. He is trapped in limbo by himself sinc ehis body was never found.

    Can you help me with the name of this movie?

    Oh, yeah, this is a great one... Sole Survivor. Highly recommended if you can find a bootleg copy--never been officially released. Inspired by the real-life case of the lost WWII bomber Lady Be Good.
