    Hello L:

    It depends on the circumstances surrounding the wrongful conviction. If there was foulplay, then YES. If it's just a disagreement about the law, then probably not.

    But, I sure wouldn't take an exconvict's word on the internet. If there's a LOT of money at stake, I'd run it by a lawyer.
