    Being sued by credit card
Can I mail my "intend to defend" letter to the court CMRRR or do I need to take it to the court house in person? I live in Dallas, Texas?

    Thanks in advance.

Thank you, another question real quick... I was served on Wed. evening Oct 20th at 8.35pm, with the "by 10am Monday morning next after 20 days expire rule" when is your estimate of when I have until to file an answer?? Monday Nov 8th or Monday Nov 15th?

It would be the 15th, might be even later if they count business days. But I would assume calendar days.
