Can you get married to someone living in a different state?
My fiancé is from a different state than I and she will be coming to Wisconsin to get married so are there any special requirements needed for our marriage? And we wish to get married without the ceremony itself so how would we go upon doing that?

You need a marriage license first and foremost (at the County Courthouse)... and you can have a civil ceremony at the courthouse.

You aren't going to do it without ANY ceremony. But you don't have to have the big fancy Church ceremony most connect with a wedding.

There's no problem with her being from a different state. Just think about all the people that flock to Las Vegas to get married - they are not all Nevada residents!!

Each state will have its own rules, but no there is no problem. They will need proper ID, and as in GA, since one person is from another state, there is a requirement that you marry in the county where you get your license ( but that is not the rule in all states of course)

I don't know if this will help you, but here is the Wisconsin State Law Library page for Marriage: Marriage - Wisconsin State Law Library

From what I have found in other places, you need to contact the county you are getting married in for the best information pertaining to getting married in Wisconsin.
