Washer hose is up off the floor, but it still won't hold water?
I have had this problem before & thought I fixed it. The water drain hose was on the floor so I put it back on the hook it fell from. And now we are having the same problem. The first thing I checked was the hose & it it still up! I have tried different cycles and it seems that the only thing that works is turning off the washer all night and then getting one small load washed for the next day. We take good care of our washer & dryer it has been cleaned, there are no back ups, the water pump is fine... So someone please help on why it still isn't holding any wayer

What exactly is your question? "the hose is on the floor-the hose is hooked up".. Are we talking the drain hose?
