    Buit up body muscles problem
    Good evening every one who saw this message..
    I'm 18 now.. n I try to built up my muscles.. exspecially my chest .
    Is there anyway to buit it up withould going to gym just traning in home?

    Without going to the gym... probably just push ups... try different kinds of push ups. This would work a bit of your chest and your tris.

    You can build up muscle in your chest at home.but it will be a bit harder. Push ups with your arms shoulder with apart. Push ups with your arms wider than your shoulders, and push ups with your left hand over your right or vice versa. You will need a high protein diet and if you have a high Body Mass Index or a lot of fat your will need to do large amounts of cardiovascular exercise. Running,Swimming etc. Buy free weights, they don't cost much and you can use them at home. This will also open up even more chest exercises at your disposel. And you have to get a routiine. Everyday or every second day, it won't happen over night!
