    Don't know what to do.
    Something happened to me 4 months ago and I thought I was getting better but I went out drinking with some friends and had a major panic attack now I am starting to relive what happened. I don't know how to talk about it every time I think about telling someone I freak out I can't breath things start spinning and I feel like I am going to be sick, I don't know what to do.

    Relax take deep breath , Call a friend and calm down remind yourself every thing is all right and there is nothing to worry about , do sport you like , take walk , and listen to some music to make you relax a lot , I didn't noitce from your words that you have done any thing wrong , so man cheer up , life is about up and down, relax yourself and go talk to a friend that you think he really under stand you

    I can't talk to my friends about this they will either look at me like it was my fault of like I'm broken and I don't want them to think that I am. I wish there was just a way to forget certain moments of my life so I can stop thinking about them.

    First of all, what happened four months ago.. you have to be honest with yourself and realise the issue before you can fix it, I don't mean you have to share it with all of us here but even writing it in a diary can make you feel a whole lot better and take the weight off your shoulders. When you feel overwhelmed just take deep breaths and think what the consequences could be if you got too worked up, just breath and take some time (even if its just 5 minutes) to sit by yourself and think things through. I hope you start to feel better soon.
