    I misread that at first.

    Are you asking how long after the child is born they have to choose adoption?

    It depends what state you're in; it varies from state to state. I would pull out the Yellow Pages (or look online) for a local adoption agency and call them. They would know for sure. (in Washington state it's six months) Good luck!
