    How do I find where a person is employed to garnish their wages?
    How can I find out where an individual is employed ? So that I can garnish his wages for a court ordered debt he owes me?

    That information should have been provided in court, or after the hearing when you were awarded the garnishmen. It is here in Ontario when a garnishment is awarded to a private individual.

    If the shelves are going to be loaded heavily, use toggle bolts. Drill a hole in the block void, insert the toggle, silicone caulk around the hole and screw the toggle tight. Lead anchors work but shouldn't be used in block because in expanding, they can crack the block. Toggle bolts do not put expansion pressure on the block.

    Welcome to the wonderful world of collections. Many judgements go uncollected. If the information was not asked for though the courts, often you will have to hire a PI to find out this information for you.
