    Smoothly's right! Is this toilet on a slab or 1st or 2nd floor? Cast iron or plastic drainage? What is the going hourly rate for licensed plumbers in your area? What will the plumber have to open up to make the miove? Floor? Walls? A slab? Back to you, Tom
