Working part time

I am waqas from pakistan I got admission in seneca college but the fees for 2011 is to high its round about 6000$ per semester... the question I want to ask is if I got work permit can I afford this fee by doing part time jobs... and also tell me the chance of taking work permit.*** *** ***...
