    I can't make any guarantees, but you might try these.

    * Avoid high fat/high cholesterol foods, since most gallstones are made of hardened cholesterol.

    * Eat 5-7 servings of vegetables daily

    * Take at least 2 teaspoons a day of safflower seed oil, which along with essential fatty acids in fish (such as salmon and tuna), can help sweep away toxic build up in the gallbladder.

    * Take 600 mg of the herb milk thistle a day. It's believed to cleanse the liver and stimulate bile production.

    If all else fails, it may be time to see the surgeon.
