HI I been on probation for 18 months. I have 12 months left. Any way I can get off federal probation early. But my po is not willing to help. He told me it was not like u can get off early. I do not have any restitution fee. I live in Oklahoma now but use to live in Texas had my probation transfer. Who would I write to?

If you have only completed 6 months of an 18 month probation sentence your chances are silm to none of getting off early. By the time you've done 12 months and ask for an early release it's going to take at least 6 months before the Judge decides. In essence, you're stuck doing the entire 18 months probation whether you like it or not so deal with it as an early termination is not about to happen. Federal Judges are notoriously slow in granting early terminations. Had you been on for 10 years for instance, then it would be worth a shot after 6 or 7 years - but a probation of 18 months is not going to happen even in state court.
