    Immigration Question
    I-130 pettion filed was recently approved. Have yet to file for adjustment of status y. If I wanted to travel can I make an Info Pass appointment to get my passport stamped or do I have to wait until I file for adjustment of status

    You must file for AOS to be able to file for advance parole to allow for travel. You cannot get anything stamped in your passport for travel.

    Are you eligible for AOS? What visa category are you in? If you are an immediate relative, (spouse, parent of USC) then you could have filed the AOS concurrently with the I-130.
