    Hi, your question is incomplete. Use Answer to ask it in full. What material is the pipe, how extensive is the damage, how did you identify what is wrong?

    You can rent a jackhammer or concrete saw or just use a sledge hammer if you don't mind it taking longer. After the repair, mix a bag of concrete and fill it in.
