    Children's halloween cartoon movie I think early 1990's
    So I'm trying to think of this movie... as far as I can remember there was a little boy who was kind of like a ghost he had freckles and I know it had something to do with pumpkins or jack-o lanterns. It wasn't scary (children's movie) I just remember the cover being kind of blue and possible the main character's name was jack... any help? The last time I saw it was probably 1995
