    I don't know how you would expect us to answer that question on an international site? Why don't you check the town hall for properties with unpaid taxes? Is this town small enough that you could drive around it and find them yourself ? Where is this town anyway ?

    White one over on main street.

    Property is owned by someone, so drive though and find property you are interested in and contact the owner, contact a realitor to go around town with you
