My husbands mistress is pregnant I have two children with him what % will she get?
I just found out that my husband has a mistress and now she says she is 4 months pregnant? She told us that she was going to make him pay by getting all his check and she was going to leave him with nothing? Should I ask for child support first than she does?

Your husband's mistress would be entitled to child support, but that's it. Obviously whether that leaves him with "nothing" depends on your husband's financial state and how much he has to pay to support the child each month.
You can't get child support per se unless you are divorced or separated - are you? If you need to get started on this, see: How to Get Child Support Payments | eHow.com

Yes, does he pay support to any other children ?
And how much support is normally based off his income.
In Georgia it would be about 20 percent of his income

No he doesn't pay support for any other children, but we are separated and I wanted to know if it is 20% for the first child and I think 10 or 5% for the second child that are mine... How much would she get for her ONE child would it go back to 20% too?
