    It could be "George Shrinks"... the title character was a few inches tall.He had a baby brother of regular size called "Junior". George invented various contraptions to help him live in a regular world. His father was a musician who invented things, his mother an artist. George had a best friend, a "normal sized girl called "Becky" and an aunt called Eunice. " and an aunt called Eunice. " still plays in reruns... in Ontario Canada it can be found on "TVO".
