    K1 Visa
    Ok. I now know the general time it takes to get a K1 visa. The only thing I am not sure about is once I get to the usa to wed. and once we are married will I need to leave the country again or can I stay in the usa?

    Yes, after you get married, you apply for permanent residence here in the US. Congratulations and good luck.
