    Can a person apply to be a us citizen if he is paying for child support ?
    He wants to apply to be a us citizen but he is worry that they going to deny him because he is paying for child support. Is it really true?

    Depends on the rest of the circumstances - court ordered support? Arrearages? It's part of the overall financial picture.
