    What to do about a defulted payment with a collection agency?
    I had made payment arrangements with a collection agency, and I defulted on the account and tried to make another payment arrangement and they didn't want to take the payment,and that the account has been sent to court for garnishment and that if I will like to make a payment then I may do so,but the garnishment is still in process. What should I do?

    Hello t:

    If they have a judgment, there's nothing you can do. I certainly WOULDN'T make any payments though.
