All standard residential grade electric baseboard heat units are pretty much the same, a long resistance type heating element, with fins and a metal case.
They all cost the same also, usually very inexpensive. If you can afford to spend more, then consider using a fluid filled unit. Instead of a long heating element, that can be a fire risk if drapes hang over the unit, these have a very short element contained din a closed loop of tubing filled with, basically antifreeze solution. The heating element heats the fluid, and when the thermostat gets to temperature, the element shuts down, but the fluid stays warm and continue to give off heat. This helps with energy savings, and offers a more "Soft Heat", rather than the extreme heat of a standard baseboard heater.
