    Can you break a trust that was put in a divorce decree?
    In my divorce decree the land from the farm was to be put in a trust for the children. My ex husband just sold all of the land. Is he in contempt of court?

    Yes if the "land from the farm" was not put into a trust.

    I'm not sure if you mean the land itself or the proceeds of the sale of the land.
