It depends on who busts you. If the City of Denver cops bust you, and they don't think you did anything OTHER than smoke a little dope, then they'll probably let you go. If they think you did OTHER stuff, then they could arrest you under state law, because state law hasn't changed. Or they could turn you over to the feds because the federal law against marijuana hasn't changed either.
So, there you have it - a definitive answer(?)!
Bwa, ha ha ha. Dude, when you look at the patchwork of dumb laws, you begin to wonder who it is, that's REALLY smoking pot!
