Mid 70's to early 80's movie...
Lately i have bits and pieces of an old move from childhood. A musical cartoon with talking polar bears , and walruses in an underwater/acrtic environment. Focusing around a boy, who is lost. I can't remember anything else. Driving me crazy! Help?
