    It can be for some women. It can also happen leading up to a period for some women as well. Symptoms for premenstrual and early pregnancy can often be very similar.

    If she has missed a period, she should try a pregnancy test. If she is due for one soon, she should wait and see what happens and test if need be.

    I had the best of both when I was pregnant with my son I was constipated but when I fellpregnant with my daughter I had bad diarea sorry not sureof the spelling but I also get it when I'm on as well , sorry that's probably not really that helpful lol
