How long can a credit card company keep a lien on my home
Once a credit card company has a lien on my home in Texas will it go away after 10 years? We filed bankruptcy after the lien and named the cc company but am afraid the lien may still be in place. Is there anywhere on the net we can search for this information without paying a fee? I've searched our county records online but can't find this info. Thanks inadvance for any help you can give us, especially about the time frame.
