The breasts are mostly fatty tissue. You can 't make them bigger except by making them more full of fat, and then they will sag. Do not pay money for special pills or a machine to make breasts bigger. It is a ripoff, a scam.

The best way to make them look bigger is to strengthen the muscles in the chest. There are special exercises for that.

You can also buy bras with water inserts, or others inserts, that will make your breasts appear to be bigger without doing anything drastic.

How old are you? If you're a teen than your breasts are still growing. Heck, you breasts can grow even as an adult. I was a B cup before I had kids and have gone up a cup and then some with each child, so nothing is set in stone.

In the long run, there are many ways to make them appear bigger without having surgery.

As Wondergirl said, the drugs and creams being sold are a rip off and don't work.
