Feeling of being drunk w/o drinking, jittery, nausea, headache and blurred vision...
I am being treated for walking pneumonia. I was diagnosed on Wednesday the 6th(?). Today after eating my dinner I instantly felt like the roomwas spinning and I was going to pass out. I thought I might have just needed fresh air so I went outsiide and te feeling conitued and was getting worst. I could only look down at the floor. If I looked up or started to walking I felt as if I was drunk and feeling right on the verge of passing out. I went and laid down and it seems to help if I am laying down and not moving my eyes around awhole lot. I also feel nauseous, occasional headache that combes and goes, jitter. Almost as if I have a bad hangover and I haven't had a drink. If look at something more than a couple feet away my vision seems to be blurred. I don't know what to do. I am going to call my primary care doctor as soon as they open. But my mother believe I need to go to the er. Please let me know something. I'm kind of freaked out and don't know what to do...

You posted this yesterday, sorry a prompt answer wasn't forthcoming, but we ae all volunteers here. If you are still experiencing those symptoms and it is a serious type of pneumonia, listen to your mom and go the ER today for sure.

Today is a holiday for you in the states, same here in Canada, so it will delay you seeing aying your primary.
